REFUND / REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

 

1. What is your return policy? 

We offer reimbursement in lieu of Products / services ordered on www.arkedacademy.com (arked infotech) within 7 days of delivery of the order in the following circumstances:

a. Link failure after payment has been debited from the client account.

b. Repeated swiping of cards, which may have resulted in the client account getting debited repeatedly.

c. In case of failure of download or delivery of the specified product(s) / service(s).

d. Bank or Delivery charges (if any) shall not be reimbursed. Only the actual price of product / service shall be reimbursed.

2. What is the refund policy for the returned item?

a. We endeavor to process your refunds within 7 business days as applicable and mentioned in point No.1  However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after the NEFT is initiated by www.arkedacademy.com (arked infotech). In case of any refund discrepancies, www.arkedacademy.com (arked infotech) may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement. Bank or Delivery charges (if any) shall not be reimbursed. Only the actual price of product / service shall be reimbursed.

b. We understand that in some scenarios, the Product / Service may not reach you in time due to technological failures, breakdowns etc. In such scenario, we may process the refund amounts as mentioned in point no.1 Please note that arked infotech reserves all right to take appropriate steps to recover the amount already credited to your account. www.arkedacademy.com (arked infotech) and may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behavior that entitles www.arkedacademy.com (arked infotech) to a claim against you.

3. How does Refund work on based on the different modes of payment?

If you have paid for the order using bank account/credit card/debit card/net banking, then the refunded amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 7 business days from the date of by www.arkedacademy.com (arked infotech), after non delivery of the products / service is detected and verified.

If you have paid for the order using Cash on Delivery option, then the requisite amounts shall be refunded as into your account within 7 business days from the date of by www.arkedacademy.com (arked infotech), after non delivery of the products / service is detected and verified. Please note that in case of any refund to your bank account you shall need to comply with the Company’s Policy in this regard which shall be a conclusive undertaking at your end in all aspects. Please further note that you shall be completely responsible for providing correct bank details and the company shall not be responsible in case wrong information has been provided to us from your end. Bank or Delivery charges (if any) shall not be reimbursed. Only the actual price of product / service shall be reimbursed.

4. How do I initiate a process of reimbursement?

We offer easy reimbursement process. To claim reimbursement, please follow these steps.

a. Login to your account

b. Go to My Orders

c. Click on Reimbursement

d. You will get a refund once your product / service within 7 business days from the date of after non-delivery of the products / service is detected and verified. The claim should be in accordance of the refund policy of the company.

5. Am I entitled to a refund/exchange if I have shopped during a promotion/scheme/offer? 

Yes, you shall be entitled for an reimbursement if you have shopped during a promotion / scheme / offer.
For refund/s in case you have purchased any Product/s during an offer or a scheme, you shall be entitled to a proportionate refund of the total amounts paid by you. Unlike most websites we do not forfeit the shipping and COD charges. Bank or Delivery charges (if any) shall not be reimbursed. Only the actual price of product / service shall be reimbursed.
